GTM Process Excellence BA Senior Manager

Job Summary

Equinix is on a transformational journey to meet our future needs as a growing and evolving platform company. Reporting into the Revenue Operations, Process Optimization team, the Senior Manager of Process Excellence for GTM Initiatives will play a key role in driving Equinix's transformation. The role will be a customer-focused self-starter with outstanding problem-solving skills and will be proactive, resourceful, and skilled at developing and implementing or improving creative process solutions to business challenges. We are seeking a business savvy, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with highly effective execution and communication skills and proven experience managing multiple projects to completion. This role also includes hands-on execution of general tasks to support overall program success beyond process-specific duties. The successful candidate will be comfortable and able to deliver high quality solutions and deliverables in a highly dynamic, complex, and high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide process design and improvement expertise on a variety of process optimization projects across CRO
  • Analyze current state: Understand deficiencies with current processes and associated root causes
  • Partner with cross functional teams to:
  • Implement process improvements: based on business objectives and requirements. Develop, analyze, and propose options that achieve objectives, balancing effort, cost, impact, and speed
  • Design the future state: design, pilot, and implement fit-for-purpose future state processes based on business objectives and requirements, Develop, analyze, and propose options that achieve objectives, balancing effort, cost, impact, and speed and Perform gap analysis
  • Create roadmaps and roll-out plans: Work with project teams to design an implementation approach and support roll-out
  • Implementation: Support the implementation to embed and ensure adoption of new processes. Complete impact analysis for proposed process changes, plan and execute communications, and champion the changes
  • Stakeholder management:Perform stakeholder analysis, ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and buy-in and Resolve stakeholder issues, escalating as needed
  • Revenue Operations Process Excellence efforts:
  • Support Agile delivery: Assist teams with rapid delivery of incremental value to stakeholders, leveraging experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and backlog prioritization
  • Use best practices:Determine and apply appropriate methodologies, tools, and best practices for analysis, solutioning, and deployment
  • Drive RevOps Process Improvement program: Maintain program materials, Coach program participants through their initial projects, coach and support functional process owners with their efforts

Qualifications

  • Substantial (8+ years) leading cross-functional end-to-end process improvement, redesign, transformation, and improvement initiatives
  • Fluency in translating business objectives and insights into optimal process design and user stories
  • Substantial (8+ years) ability to translate lean, six sigma and process improvement tools and methodologies into simple, practical action
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business management/analytical field preferred (e.g. Business or Business Operations Management) or equivalent experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • Expert facilitator capable of leading cross-functional workshops and alignment events from senior leaders through front line employees
  • Very strong communications skills with demonstrated ability to develop and present process improvement content in easy-to-understand terms, to peers and senior management
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership decision making, facilitating problem solving, and mediating conflict
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, work autonomously with minimal oversight, and be proactive with communications and task prioritization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and action
  • Able to collaborate and influence cross functionally
