We are looking for a Senior People Manager who will lead, guide and advise the project team and will be responsible for leading and developing people and supervising the timeline of ongoing projects.

What you'll be doing

Manages and owns the entire team to ensure its growth in line with business needs. Sets goals for immediate team members.

Ensures that planning standards are reviewed and improved at regular intervals. Identifies areas for continuous improvement and lessons learned and owns the team to eliminate gaps. Responsible for the department's strategy and growth plans.

Lead, monitor and develop the project team looking for opportunities for improvement and establish effective relationships with customers on behalf of the team. Encouraging feedback, developing stakeholder understanding of the role and managing expectations.

You will be the leader of a team with multiple and broad communication responsibilities. Challenge the team and others to find a balance between effective and pragmatic communications with volume, frequency and/or content.

Will act as focal point in the team for complex problems. Challenge the team to ensure that lateral thinking and information is fully analyzed to achieve resolution.

Will manage team responsible for executing company-wide strategic programs.

Ensure that KPIs appropriate to the needs of the function and its stakeholders are in place for use by the team. Will be responsible for resource planning (people, finance, etc.);

Where vital, optimally communicate project management methodology and the application of these to client solutions.

What we'll expect from you

  • Bachelor and postgraduate/MBA degree in Administration, IT, Projects or related areas
  • Advanced English
  • Solid previous experience with leadership and team development
  • Solid understanding and experience in project management, as well as the fundamentals, methodologies and main market tools
  • Proficiency in crafting and manipulating data for reporting purposes

What will be plus if you have?

Advanced Spanish
Working with LATAM teams
Previous experience in senior people management roles
