Corporate Real Estate Senior Vendor Analyst

We have a great opportunity to join our Corporate Real Estate team in Equinix Warsaw! The CRE Senior Vendor Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring effective and efficient vendor management within the organization's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) department. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Global Vendor Manager to drive the use of vendor management governance, policy, tools, and standards. By doing so, the Senior Vendor Analyst helps to streamline vendor management processes and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

Role Responsibilities

Opportunity Development

  • Aggregate office spends across functions to drive economies of scale
  • Standardising processes to level up service delivery and customer experience
  • Through collaboration, deliver savings, improved terms, fewer vendors, and higher quality service provision

Policy Management

  • Maintain and develop standard Vendor Management operating policies and procedures, tools and templates to ensure compliance and sourcing excellence

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Acts as change agent for any compliance or new policy rollouts, including training and communications to the function
  • Ensures adherence to company risk standards
  • Draft master and project-based agreements
  • Liaise with internal and vendor teams to negotiate and agree all terms and condition amendments
  • Ensures use of appropriate contracting templates
  • Uses tools to prove, track and report compliance
  • Manage CRE vendor database
  • Initiates and runs RFPs

Metrics

  • Monitors key performance indicators to demonstrate the impact and value of CRE
  • Analyses all metrics by region, commodity or cost center
  • Manages and develops processes and systems to gather and maintain savings pipelines by region, commodity or cost center
  • Ensures data integrity adhering to savings standards

Supplier Management

  • Ensures vendor performance aligns with contract agreement
  • Ensures all vendors who perform Medium and High risk work are aware of the RAMS and PTW procedures required
  • Participates in key suppliers' quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience in relevant subject (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Procurement)
  • Shown negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in English Language (written and spoken)
  • Experience in either an outsourced or inhouse Facilities Management department
  • Proficiency in procurement methodologies and practices
  • Stakeholder management
  • Data analytics - able to conduct statistical analysis
  • Global experience
  • Ability to independently develop and handle resources and programs
  • Positive, pleasant and customer centric attitude
  • Interpersonal skills - timely delivery of professional communications to customers and team members
