About this Role

The Senior Analyst, Analytics Development position gathers analytic product requirements from internal stakeholders and independently builds products and solutions using data from Epsilon's advertising network, our various clients and partners, and our unmatched Identity platform. The projects vary from designing campaign measurement frameworks to developing new product prototypes across an array of business lines and client industries. The Senior Analyst develops original code to solve analytic or measurement problems, enhances existing code by identifying code efficiencies and/or automation opportunities, and assists in the troubleshooting of existing products and tools developed by the Analytics team.

Required Skills:
  • Experience using SQL programming to analyze and manipulate data
  • Knowledge of basic data warehouse principles (relational tables)
  • Knowledge of basic Python coding practices and principles
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and experimental design, ideally framed to solve business problems
  • Experience educating & influencing others through data presentations
  • Strong communication skills and desire to work with cross-functional teams
  • Highly self-motivated & driven
  • Desire and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising industry (audience targeting, campaign optimization)
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence products (ie. Tableau)
Prior work experience:
  • 1-2 years of industry experience with a Master's Degree or 3+ years of work experience
