Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics

We are looking for someone with a passion for data and the drive to deliver data solutions and business insights with the Enterprise Analytics team at Zendesk. Your job as an Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics is to deeply understand the current data pain points of GTM teams e.g. Sales, Success, Marketing within Zendesk and build beautifully simple visualizations, tools, and analysis that will significantly improve the way these teams engage with our customers. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Analytics supporting GTM teams and will be a key team player within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team.

What you get to do every day:

  • Develop a strong partnership with key stakeholders within the GTM teams and thoroughly understand their business strategy and operational objectives
  • Improve business and operational efficiency by developing, automating, and maintaining scalable processes, tools, and dashboards
  • Enable the GTM teams and EDA team members by developing easy-to-use tools and easy-to-understand training and documentation
  • Identify areas for process optimization using actionable analysis and develop compelling insights and recommendations for GTM leadership
  • Develop SQL queries and perform analysis to understand trends in customer experiences and business health performance
  • Work with large amounts of data from many data sources and develop subject matter expertise on how it all connects together and relates back to the customer
  • Measure and track efficiencies gained and ROI realized as a result of improving the way the organization engages with our customers

What you bring to the role:

  • BS/BA or equivalent in a quantitative field e.g., math, statistics, engineering, economics, finance, computer science
  • Excellent SQL skills a must (experience with BigQuery a plus)
  • True passion for data and analytics and the value of data-driven decision making
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools highly preferred
  • An analytical mindset, with the intellectual curiosity to search for context and insight behind the numbers paired with a strong business acumen
  • Able to tell a visual story that leads to results and decision making
  • Team player with strong relationship building, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment a plus

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł141,000.00-zł211,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
