DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead EPAM's internal CRM project. You will improve a main day-to-day tool for 1200+ EPAM employees across the Globe.

What You'll Do

  • Provide architectural leadership
  • Explore opportunities for innovations and radical changes
  • Deploy new technologies, methodologies, and best practices
  • Orchestrate the grand platform r/evolution or migration
  • Help project leadership to foster performance and complexity improvements
What You Have
  • Extensive experience working with .NET technologies, MS Azure
  • Proficiency in systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
  • Demonstrable design knowledge, including API design principles, data driven systems, and similar design patterns and techniques
  • Ability to apply architecture and work in an agile environment
  • Efficient communication skills, comfortable to present technical information to a non-technical audience
  • English level - B2 and higher

  • Experience with CRM domain and MS Dynamics
  • Familiarity with EPR platforms and architectures
  • Knowledge of EPAM infrastructure and internal apps
  • Skills in breaking monolith applications into microservices during the migration into Cloud (Azure is preferable)
  • Expertise in building and migrating applications, software and services into Cloud (Azure is preferable)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate developers to ensure high quality code deliverables & practices

  • Azure in general, .NET 6, React, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus
