DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead EPAM's internal CRM project. You will improve a main day-to-day tool for 1200+ EPAM employees across the Globe.
What You'll Do
- Provide architectural leadership
- Explore opportunities for innovations and radical changes
- Deploy new technologies, methodologies, and best practices
- Orchestrate the grand platform r/evolution or migration
- Help project leadership to foster performance and complexity improvements
- Extensive experience working with .NET technologies, MS Azure
- Proficiency in systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
- Demonstrable design knowledge, including API design principles, data driven systems, and similar design patterns and techniques
- Ability to apply architecture and work in an agile environment
- Efficient communication skills, comfortable to present technical information to a non-technical audience
- English level - B2 and higher

- Experience with CRM domain and MS Dynamics
- Familiarity with EPR platforms and architectures
- Knowledge of EPAM infrastructure and internal apps
- Skills in breaking monolith applications into microservices during the migration into Cloud (Azure is preferable)
- Expertise in building and migrating applications, software and services into Cloud (Azure is preferable)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate developers to ensure high quality code deliverables & practices
- Azure in general, .NET 6, React, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus
