Responsibilities

• Propel quality control across the entire software product lifecycle
• Aid in test planning by assessing requirements, pinpointing issues, and dismissing inadequate or vague specifications
• Act as an essential bridge between technical fluency and business acumen
• Formulate and sustain detailed test cases
• Systematically carry out regression testing plans
• Create and monitor error logs whilst offering feedback on test coverage
• Accurately estimate effort for testing tasks

• At least 4 years of experience in designing, planning, and executing various tests, including functional/non-functional, Smoke Test, regression, and integral tests
• Expertise in diverse quality strategies such as Agile Testing, product vision, early testing, types of tests, regression criteria, and test planning
• Experience in crafting test cases using BDD methodology
• Proficiency in standard testing tools like Jira and Zephyr
• Background in REST API testing
• Familiarity with SQL and non-relational databases
• Competence in utilizing tools like Postman, Swagger, Soap UI
• Understanding of GitLab CI/CD and other pipeline technologies
• Experience in analyzing logs with tools such as Datadog
• Capability to execute tests on cloud resources like AWS Lambda, SQS, and others

• Qualifications in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Background in banking or fintech industries
• Knowledge of contract testing
• Understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python
• Proficiency in performance testing using tools like JMeter, k6, or artillery
