We are seeking a dynamic Senior Java Developer to join our team, leading the development efforts and providing guidance.
As a key player in our projects, this role involves mentoring junior engineers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring robust software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and resolve incidents related to the project
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless handoffs
- Support critical services utilizing the platform to ensure low MTTR
- Contribute to new feature development and prioritization of technical debt
- Provide end-to-end technical design for complex projects
- Advocate for best practices in software design, including scalability and observability
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Proven track record in at least 2 multi-quarter projects
- Delivered end-to-end technical design for at least 3 projects
- Demonstrated familiarity with decentralized teams and projects
- Expertise in Java, Kotlin, or GoLang
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and technologies such as Kubernetes
- Knowledge of AWS technologies including EC2, ECS, EKS
- Skills in analyzing and designing complex systems
- Competency in guiding cross-team integrations
- Strong familiarity with testing and monitoring tools
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
- Background in working with service mesh tools like Istio and Linkerd
- Experience with Spinnaker and CI/CD pipelines
- Qualifications in incident management for high-availability systems
