Senior Functional Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the analysis of user requirements and develop functional solutions
• Address functional inquiries and support the team
• Suggest improvements to applications and processes
• Support the team in refining stories and resolving blockages
• Work alongside the Scrum Master to address pending issues

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, excluding code reading
• Familiarity with JIRA
• Background in Agile methodologies
• Involvement in large-scale projects and team support
• Proven proactivity
• Planning and control expertise
• Independent with adaptability to changes
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Nice to have

• Understanding of Java and React
