We work partly on-site at our clients, partly in our offices in the vibrant cities of Frankfurt, Berlin, or Leipzig, and partly remotely from centrally located metropolitan regions in Germany such as Munich, Stuttgart or Düsseldorf.

• Propose innovative technical solutions to our clients' challenges that provide them with market differentiation, efficiency gains or improved user experiences
• Participate in the entire process of proposal preparation, define the solution, propose the approach, estimate the value and the efforts and document the corresponding services of EPAM
• Use your practical experience in software development and program management to cover the entire lifecycle of a solution implementation: proposal preparation and presentation, team formation, implementation coordination, stakeholder management, risk assessment and management, intervention in possible difficulties, solution deployment and introduction, transition to the operational phase and ensuring ongoing maintenance and development
• Become the "Trusted Advisor" to our key customer contacts and identify opportunities for further support. In this way, ensure that EPAM is positioned as a key supplier, you are responsible for a significant number of customer organizations and engagements and EPAM's market positioning in Germany is improved
• Build and successfully lead a local competence center and a corresponding team of Delivery Managers for the Life Science and Healthcare domain. Increase the deliverability in this area, assess future support needs, provide the necessary capacity and support team members in their personal development
• Become an active part of the multidisciplinary EPAM organization of product managers, architects, engineers and various experts from other areas such as quality assurance, cloud or data

• Hands-on experience in software development, solution architecture and the delivery of digital platforms. Ability to define, propose and implement competitive technical environments
• Proven and extensive (>10 years) experience in leading large and complex programs, including at least 2 years at the director level
• Practical and theoretical knowledge in the adoption and use of agile methods such as SAFe or Less
• Deep experience in responding to RFx and creating proposals for a larger IT service provider
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, pragmatic approach, willingness to compromise and a constant focus on customer needs
• Fluent in German and English
