The role will be to manage a portfolio of EPAM clients' and key stakeholder relationships. The Senior Delivery Director will be accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction and management of the P&L while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time and within budget. You will be working alongside a globally renowned and award-winning design, development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it. You will play a key role building strong business / technology relationships and taking a 'hands on' approach to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee account portfolio from financial, project delivery, and sourcing, perspectives; ensure robust governance is implemented at the account level
  • Provide thought leadership to solve business challenges leveraging technology to create market differentiation, realise efficiencies, and improve user experiences
  • Manage key customer relationships and expectations; identify opportunities to up/cross-sell products and services through building trusted advisor relationships
  • Participates in new business development and discovery-led projects, co-ordinate preparation of proposals and statements of work working with EPAM competencies and experts
  • Work with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, designers and technologists to define delivery plans, estimates and risk management strategies
  • Implement and manage a planning cycle including clear progress reporting, tracking of deliverables, issue and risk management and effective resource allocation across the portfolio
  • Coordinate involvement of EPAM competencies and consultants within the engagement lifecycle to ensure we deliver best in class solutions that maximise customer value
  • Investigate complex issues of production delivery, run the root cause analysis, establish a solution and push it through required steps necessary in order to deliver
  • Mentoring of peers, including making sure that remote and onsite project team undertakes their duties effectively
Requirements
  • Proven experience of managing delivery of an organization of 60-120 FTE and high business impact engagements executed at pace and of a similar size
  • Over 10 years' experience working in consulting or outsourcing organisations in technology and / or engagement leadership capacity
  • Able to combine business knowledge, technology expertise, and modern delivery practices to projects to achieve ambitions outcomes for clients
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies; proven track record devising and implementing continuous improvement and cultural change initiatives
  • Requires the ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines
  • Strong people management skills, proven track record bringing diverse people together (internal/external stakeholders) and fostering a sense of team and purpose
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisation skills are necessary, extensive experience working with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural distributed teams preferable
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a STEM subject, with MBA or equivalent business experience desired
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Fluent Dutch
  • Proven experience in software engineering or development roles, with knowledge and experience with modern software development languages and frameworks
