• Analytical:
  • Enable the business to make decisions by arming them with quantified insights
  • Comprehend client data and support business with the optimal utilization of their data assets Analyze business questions and deliver business answers: clearly and fluently translate their technical findings to a non-technical team and vice-versa
  • Understand client needs: work together with them on elaborating business requirements and detailed business questions
• Technical:
  • Develop ETL process and data models (conceptual, logical and physical)
  • Design customer reports and dashboards
  • Able to analyze and optimize end to end data flow
  • Identify the area of inefficiency in existing business processes, models
  • Feel comfortable with complex technical IT systems and environments
  • Create solution concepts and specifications based on business requirements together with the business

• At least 3 years of experience in business/data analysis and/or consulting
• 2+ years of experience in several of the following Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies: DataFlow, Dataproc, Dataprep, GCS, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Looker, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Functions
• Strong experience with Data Modeling
• Hands on experience with ETL process and tools
• Hands on experience Data visualization (preferred Looker and Power BI)
• Experience with DWH/Big Data platforms and technologies (such as Microsoft, Oracle, Teradata & Hadoop)
• Experience with BI ecosystems and their deployment
• Experience in Cloud BI, high performance, large scale deployments, large/complex data sets
• Experience with of SQL (knowledge in Python, R, SAS, JavaScript and/or another relevant language would be a plus)
• Agile development experience
• MS/BS degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT or another relevant Subject
• Ability to work effectively with strict deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Clear, concise communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
