Senior Business Analyst (HR)

We are looking for a motivated Senior Business Analyst with a focus on HR Systems in Shanghai, you will analyze and deliver solutions for various HR systems, such as Work Day, Payroll, etc. You will communicate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to learn about the business needs, process workflows, and functional requirements. You will collaborate with a professional and consultative team and use your expertise and knowledge of the business domain, technologies, and solutions. You will also join and support sales activities and help to grow our business.

What You'll Do

• Play the Key Business/System Analyst role
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, process workflows, and functional requirements for HR systems such as Work Day, Payroll etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment of PLM solutions with business goals and objectives
• Support end-users in their day-to-day use of HR systems
• Work closely with client to ensure requirements are captured, scope is controlled and expectations are met
• Work closely with team members to synthesize analysis into key features and develop actionable recommendations
• Participate or facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution review meeting etc
• Read and understand project documentation; create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including specifications, requirement documents, user story, wireframes etc
• Establish and maintain professional and consultative relationships with clients; communicate with business stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Maintain expertise and knowledge of business domain, technologies and solutions
• Participate and support sales activities

• Minimum of 5 years' business analysis experience in software development or enterprise software products
• Experience with Human Resource, Payroll, Learning or Recruitment application
• Ability to understand data loading, custom fields, objects, security configuration, workflow process and overall system configuration, experience with Business Intelligence solutions (PowerBI preferred)
• Experienced in working with Agile and other software methodologies; Strong knowledge of Agile practices
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese; able to write high-quality unambiguous texts
