DESCRIPTION
Our client is a multinational universal bank and financial services holding company.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in production application support
- Proficient relational database concepts' knowledge
- Advances beginner: Web, Desktop, Batch Applications architecture concepts' knowledge
- Advances beginner: Infrastructure concepts' knowledge
- First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development/support
- General IT infrastructure knowledge
- Particular knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux, Windows, UNIX, WAS, SQL, CFT and MQ Series
- File transfer - Open protocol, sftp, ftp and proprietary protocol (cft)
- Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices
- Web, Desktop, Batch Applications architecture concepts' knowledge (Microsoft IIS)
- Relational database concepts' knowledge
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
