Senior Agile Coach

At EPAM, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in Zürich and play a pivotal role in assisting our banking client in navigating their journey towards Agile transformation. This position will offer you the opportunity to work with diverse teams, providing coaching in Agile practices and principles at the individual, team, program and enterprise levels. The role requires some on-site work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Consult on Agile methodologies and framework implementations
• Develop Agile strategies specific to the banking sector
• Provide coaching on Agile practices, principles, values, roles and ways of working
• Support clients through coaching, mentoring, facilitating and teaching Agile practices
• Facilitate Agile and Lean methodologies
• Facilitate teams' organisation around a product, providing Agile expertise
• Serve as a mentor and guide for product teams
• Act as a liaison between teams and client management
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments, identify improvement areas and give strategic recommendations
• Develop and conduct Agile training programs and workshops
• Foster an Agile mindset among all team members

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and framework implementations, especially SAFe 6.0 and Spotify models
• Proven experience in providing Agile coaching at all levels - individual, team, program and enterprise level
• Ability to liaise and negotiate with executive level management
• Experience from the banking sector working on a client's digital transformation goals
• Proven ability to deliver training and workshops on Agile practices
• Experience building strong relationships across different levels of the organization
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Eagerness to keep abreast of the latest trends in Agile coaching and product management
