We are looking for a skilled and experienced Scrum Master I to join our team and help drive Agile processes while ensuring smooth communication between team members and other teams. This role is critical in optimizing team productivity, maintaining updated tools and metrics, and delivering high-quality projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all SCRUM ceremonies
  • Remove roadblocks that impede team progress
  • Foster communication and collaboration across teams
  • Provide status reports and collect team metrics
  • Groom JIRA and ensure it is consistently up to date
  • Work on improving team efficiency and productivity
  • Identify risks and issues that may impact quality, schedules, or resources, and recommend mitigation plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role with Agile project experience
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Technical background with a strong understanding of SDLC and quality processes in Agile teams
  • Hands-on experience working with teams developing Micro-services, APIs, and cross-channel services
  • Proficiency in JIRA, reporting, and managing team metrics
  • Effective communication skills with a minimum B2+ English level
