Responsibilities

• Facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, and release planning
• Guide development teams to promote the adoption of Agile mindset, principles, and practices such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and transparency
• Manage tracking systems and monitor metrics to foster team development. Assure the clearness of the Product & Sprint Backlogs
• Propose enhancements and aid in the adoption of good practices
• Provide support to development managers and project leads as needed
• Aid internal and external communication to enhance transparency and disseminate information
• Assist the team with suitable commitments through adept PBIs definition, selection, and sprint goal development
• Identify and mitigate impediments and manage distractions that hinder the team's ability to meet the sprint goals
• Spearhead discussions and bolster conflict resolution
• Empower teams to self-organize and self-manage

• 5 years in the industry with a minimum of 2 years served as a Scrum Master for diverse teams
• Understanding of the Agile mindset, principles, and practices, including appropriate applications to product development
• Demonstrative leadership exemplifying Scrum values daily
• Competency in mediation and negotiation
• Strong characteristics for problem solving
• Proficiency in project management
• Proficiency in organizational management
• Familiarity with Lean, Kanban, XP, Scaling frameworks
• Expertise in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and enhancing transparency
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of working with varied personality types
• Clear and concise communication skills with strong command of written and spoken English

• Possession of a Certified Scrum Master or other Agile certifications
• Having a technical background is deemed a significant asset
