As a SAP Business Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for SAP solutions within customer environments, ensuring architectural alignment, and employing best practices. You will be actively engaged in nurturing customer relationships and crafting solution roadmaps that adapt to SAP's evolving portfolio and innovation trends, all while meeting the unique needs of our valued clients.

• Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance, encompassing tasks such as business requirements refinement, fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate in assessing current customer solutions, pinpointing potential areas for SAP solution implementation, and formulating functional requirements
• Play a pivotal role in account planning activities, shaping the customer's vision based on the solution scope
• Drive architecture governance and methodologies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across architecture domains
• Be an integral part of the customer engagement lifecycle, actively contributing to the account engagement team
• Define and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains, maintaining alignment with SAP solutions
• Introduce innovative solutions to address specific customer needs
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and assist EPAM's sales team in in-depth customer discovery discussions
• Keep abreast of industry trends and the evolving SAP portfolio to shape comprehensive customer roadmaps
• Estimate work efforts related to process improvement, organizational design enhancement, SAP technical configuration, and development

• Ability to identify business opportunities and solution gaps, and to develop practical gap closure strategies
• Capability to present SAP features and innovations tailored to meet potential customer needs within various domains
• Experience in business architecture development, with a deep understanding of related business processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA functionality, particularly in Sales and Condition Contract Management, and a grasp of sales-related processes
• Proficiency in aligning and communicating effectively with customer IT and business organizations

• High-level understanding of various SAP product capabilities, functionality, and SAP technologies
• Understanding of approaches for overhead and inventory reduction
• Knowledge of the sales process cycle, account management, and go-to-market planning within IT service sales
• Expertise in frameworks such as PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, and TOGAF
