Time Senior Solution Consultant

Time Solution Consultant, which consist specifically but not exclusively, of contributing to and being part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining time management system and/or customer service activities (guidance, consultancy), ensuring that the service is accurate and timely. Responsibilities can be focused on SAP Time management system and/or customer service (guidance, consultancy).

Specific tasks are:

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.

• Building, modifying and supporting pay rules, accruals and request manager.

• Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis.

• Managing configuration migrations utilizing PTM.

• Supporting Time device management.

• Experience with SAP Time standard reports and hyperfinds).

What we ask for:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Experience in SAP HCM application implementation and/or Time management
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Have experience with working in a project team.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  • Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Be committed to the customer, the team and the project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language will be welcome.
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
