Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of marketing cloud design with the intended marketing business functions and capabilities
- Contribute to the successful design and delivery of Salesforce implementations for clients in the US geography
- Assist clients in optimizing marketing automation using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Specify, design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise solutions utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Extensive experience in Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales, and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with relational databases and a strong knowledge of the SQL language
- Proficiency in API programming for the Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
- Familiarity with AWS and other non-Marketing Cloud data storage platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
