Salesforce Solutions Architect

CO Salary Range: USD 105,000.00 - 12,000.00 per year

The Solution Arch is accountable for the overall design of the salesforce solution from a user experience and functional requirements stand-point, to ensure client/customer requirements are best leveraging the native platform and minimizing customizations. The Functional SA guides the technical design of the solution to focus on holistic and future development that will be built into the existing platform - designing with the future in mind to ensure development does not cause issues in the future as additional product owners, business units, and customers are added to the platform. Functional SAs are also growth minded, responsible for showcasing and educating clients on roadmapped functionality that could help the backlog, presenting options for future development, and educating clients on how to best use the technology that comes from major and minor releases

  • Work with the Technical Arch for the team to ensure the platform solution is built with growth in mind
  • Drive the functional team (BAs, Scrum, etc) to ensure requirements are written with growth in mind and configuration first
  • Work with clients and customers to educate on platforms native capabilities and why solutions should be designed/built specific ways
  • Work with clients on backlog and roadmapping exercises to show how platform can solve other problems
  • Drive consolidation of requirements into configuration-first solutions
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $105,000 - $12,000
