Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager in Thailand to interface between Thai operations and blooming projects to strengthen the teams. We have many upcoming opportunities with global brand-name clients for high-profile projects that require someone with excellent technical delivery skills.

What You'll Do

• Define project schedules, manage activities, determine team priorities, and drives the resolution of issues and defects; ensure assigned projects are completed on time, and up to client's expectations
• Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and communicate project risks to client and senior management
• Participate in overall project design, manage product life cycle processes and procedures to ensure project meets financial, business and schedule goals and on time
• Work with developers to explain requirements and make sure they are implemented to meet client's expectation, complete functional reviews of the product / application
• Ensure all product deliverables are satisfied with client (architecture, design documents, test cases, etc.)
• Perform technical / functional review and analysis, prepare internal and external documentation, and work closely with client to drive project results

• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Solid knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process, project management standards and practices
• Hands on experience in delivering product/project in Agile Environment (Scrum is preferable)
• Ability to drive full planning cycle on medium- to large-size projects, ideally in Banking domain
• Ability to drive planning on project stream/sub-projects to ensure overall delivery and building a product from scratch
• Should be able to get involved in Digital Platform build and be a door opener to building the systems in other EPAM locations
• Can work on budgets with support from AM, evaluates and fixes budgeting issues, including project assets procurement
• Fluent in both written and spoken English (B2), Thai (native)
