Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to own projects in Data & Analytics stream. We expect to onboard an Ambassador of product mindset, both for EPAM and our clients, business and technology.

This position offers a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week working from the EPAM Warsaw office.

• Drive Data Product mission & vision plan and design user-centric Data platforms and projects
• Develop the expertise of the Product Management practice and define its success metrics
• Evangelize product mindset internally and externally, shaping the Product Management community
• Collaborate with stakeholders and their teams to shape the end-to-endproduct strategy and delivery value
• Manage entire product lifecycle in the Data & Analytics stream and drive business cases creation
• Coach Product Owners and guide engineering teams towards the defined strategy
• Provide market, competition and clients researches

• Solid background in Data architecture and experience in managing Data products
• Strong knowledge of data governance, including implementation or building data cataloging, ensuring metadata model at the enterprise level
• Experience in shipping data B2B or within internal products, preferably with a heavy data component (Data Lake, DWH, Advanced Analytics, AI products, BI)
• Awareness of metrics and data-driven decision-making processes
• Understanding of design thinking and inclusion from discovery to delivery to success measurement
• Concise and captivating communication and presentation skills
• С1 English level
