Join EPAM Belarus as a Procurement Specialist, providing comprehensive support in ensuring adherence to procurement and grant procedures while actively shaping operational policies and procedures.

This role requires a proactive individual actively participating in various procurement activities, establishing a streamlined process from tenders to acquisitions. Regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work within a global framework are vital to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Vendor Management Unit to ensure EPAM Vendor Management is compliant with policies and procedures
  • Help in budget planning and actively participate in the entire tender process
  • Prepare and validate a range of procurement-related documents and conduct market research and cost analysis
  • Ensure vendor terms align with state laws and corporate guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for procurement-related needs and manage procurement documents
  • Handle the purchase of software licenses, oversee the contract signature phase and upload finalized agreements into the corporate Financial System
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Head of the Procurement team or Team Leader

  • Previous work experience with international development organizations
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field of procurement and contracting management
  • Proven expertise in purchasing licenses, software and services
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
  • A good command of MS Office and ERP software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • English B1+, both verbal and written
