This role requires a proactive individual actively participating in various procurement activities, establishing a streamlined process from tenders to acquisitions. Regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work within a global framework are vital to this role.

Responsibilities
- Support the Vendor Management Unit to ensure EPAM Vendor Management is compliant with policies and procedures
- Help in budget planning and actively participate in the entire tender process
- Prepare and validate a range of procurement-related documents and conduct market research and cost analysis
- Ensure vendor terms align with state laws and corporate guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams for procurement-related needs and manage procurement documents
- Handle the purchase of software licenses, oversee the contract signature phase and upload finalized agreements into the corporate Financial System
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Head of the Procurement team or Team Leader

- Previous work experience with international development organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of procurement and contracting management
- Proven expertise in purchasing licenses, software and services
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- A good command of MS Office and ERP software
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- English B1+, both verbal and written
