DESCRIPTION

Do you have an administrative and office specialist background and experience working close with internal and external customers? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as Office Specialist.

The role is to provide efficient administrative and office management support to our busy and ever growing EPAM Málaga office. This role comes with a wide variety of responsibilities and will require excellent customer service and administrative skills.

What You'll Do

  • Customer service always oriented when performing tasks
  • Welcoming all visitors in a friendly, polite manner
  • Meeting new joiners and providing them with their access badge as well as guiding them to the onboarding room
  • Day-to-day office administration activities including filing and forwarding messages
  • Managing the access control system
  • Manage all service providers for the office and being their first point of contact
  • Arranging courier services
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing office supplies (coffee, tea, water, snacks and stationary) as well as keeping the kitchen stocked
  • Performing Office Maintenance Tours
  • Invoice and vendor management
  • Assinting at events management
  • Manual keys management
  • Letters'mailbox management
  • Administrative assitance with the implementation of local Health & Safety requirements
  • Follow and understand internal processes and procedures, work according to EPAM corporate rules, policies and working instructions
