What You'll Do
  • Conclusion and tracking of Loan, Delivery and Service Agreements
  • Procurement of food, hygiene products, household chemicals, disposable tableware, office supplies
  • Keeping the office clean - working with cleaning companies/cleaners
  • Maintaining the life of the office - air conditioning systems, heating, water supply, etc
  • Organization of repair and construction work
  • Organization of workplaces for employees
  • Conducting a safety briefing for employees
  • Processing of incoming/outgoing information
  • Compiling documents
  • Receiving and distribution of calls, making copies and photocopies
  • Maintaining documents logs
  • Sending documents by courier
  • Organization of reception of guests, business meetings, accommodation of business travellers
What You Have
  • Higher education
  • Proficient PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • An independent person who is attentive, responsible, accurate, punctual, and have good communication skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • English B1 (A2+)
  • Knowledge of document management processes - experience in working with incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Experience in non-cash purchases, work with accounting documents
  • Visa support experience (work with embassies and migration services) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of labor safety legislation is an advantage
  • Travel coordinator skills is an advantage
