We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and enhance our media process execution using Cloud technology.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the media industry and be adept at delivering customer experience-driven solutions. The primary role of this Business Analyst will be to perform business analysis, prepare detailed user stories, and manage project requirements from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of EPICs aligning with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document major features and functionalities as EPICs
- Adjust the backlog regularly in response to new priorities or implementation feedback
- Analyze different user types (personas) interacting with the platform
- Map out each persona's specific needs, behaviors, and expectations to platform features
- Facilitate workshops to validate and refine persona definitions and alignments
- Work with architects and development teams to define Business Process Architectures at two levels
- Ensure business processes are well documented and configured for enhanced efficiency and user satisfaction
- Provide consultative support for BP architecture configurations using best practices
- Decompose EPICs into manageable user stories detailing necessary features and functions
- Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story to aid testing and validation
- Conduct agile ceremonies focusing on refining and adjusting user stories based on feedback
- At least 2 years of Salesforce experience
- Proficiency in preparing requirements and crafting user stories
- Strong presentation skills
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Understanding of media process execution
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
