EPAM is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 System Architect in Germany to lead our client projects in the adoption and integration of Microsoft Cloud Solutions. As a System Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning business requirements with Microsoft 365 capabilities, designing solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity and security, leading the implementation of these solutions across diverse client environments.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate client business requirements and accurately match them with Microsoft 365 capabilities, ensuring solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices
- Architect comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity and security, tailored to meet the unique demands of our clients
- Lead and mentor a project team of engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of designed solutions, maintaining oversight throughout the project lifecycle
- Guide clients through the efficient adoption of Microsoft Modern Work technologies, optimizing cloud environments and ensuring seamless user experiences
- Actively participate in the pre-sales process, supporting the EPAM team in presenting Microsoft Cloud Solutions tailored to potential clients' needs
- Implement robust security measures and compliance checks within Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring the protection of client data and alignment with regulatory standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecting/designing of M365 solutions
- Proven expertise in System Architecture with a strong background in Microsoft Cloud Solutions
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 including proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Endpoint Management, Security and Compliance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Power Platform would be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage complex deployments in enterprise environments
- Excellent skills in client consultation and solution presentation, with the ability to translate technical details into business advantages
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
