Manual Tester

Responsibilities

• Contribute to test planning by reviewing functional and non-functional requirements, identifying issues, and rejecting poor or unclear requirements
• Write and maintain test cases
• Execute regression test plans
• Detect, generate, and track errors and provide feedback on test coverage
• Estimate testing task efforts

• At least 2 years of experience in designing, planning, and conducting tests
• Knowledge of different types of tests including functional, non-functional, Smoke Test, regression, and integral tests
• Proficiency in various quality strategies such as Agile Testing, product vision, risks, early testing, types of tests, criteria for regressions, and test planning
• Experience in writing test cases using BDD
• Familiarity with popular testing tools including Jira and Zephyr
• Background in REST API testing
• Understanding of Front-end testing
• Competency in using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Soap UI
• Capability to review logs with tools like Datadog
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Student or graduate in engineering, computer science or related fields
• Experience in the banking or fintech sector
• Knowledge of programming languages including Javascript, Java, and Python
• Experience in performance testing using tools like jmeter, k6, and artillery
• Proficiency in backend automation topics such as REST Assured, Karate, and Pactumjs
