What You'll Do

• Coach your team to be high-performing and merchant-focused
• Utilize all the tools and data points available to leverage your team's strengths and work on their weaknesses
• Meet with peers and your Lead to discuss Support topics, brainstorm coaching and leverage unique skills for team success
• Conduct regularly one-on-one meetings with your team to ensure their support and development
• Deliver strong business results through impactful coaching
• Create and foster an engaging and supportive culture for their gurus and their peers

• 2-4 years prior leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager) in Customer Service, Retail, Technology and/or Contact Centre environments
• Experience with multiple Shopify implementations
• Expertise in B2B and B2C eCommerce
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule with rotating weekends and some holidays
• Evidence that you have remote work setup with a quiet space, reliable internet and a backup location for any unforeseen issues
• Background in entrepreneurial or business

• Experience with subscriptions (Recharge, Rebuy, Smartrr, etc.)
• Background in other eCommerce platforms and CMS platforms
• Skills in React.js, DevOps, OWASP Top 10, Secure Coding

• Shopify, Type Script, AWS, Azure, GCP, Agile
