We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Software Developer specializing in ReactJS to join our dynamic team.
This role involves leading the development of high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and be proficient in React and other related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers
• Design and implement robust front-end solutions using ReactJS, Redux, and Webpack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Develop and maintain code quality through code reviews and unit testing
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Continually learn and apply new programming knowledge and techniques
• Maintain and enhance existing software solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with React, Webpack, Typescript
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first development
• Capability to work well both individually and as part of a team
• Skills in debugging and problem-solving
• Background in the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Experience with front-end charting libraries such as D3.js or Highcharts
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies like Agile, Waterfall
