DESCRIPTION
Currently, we are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Engineer to make our team even stronger.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development (Business rules, Workflows, Client scripts, ACLs, Notifications, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (migration from legacy toolsets as well as green field development)
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications (JDBC, SOAP/REST, MID Server)
- Experience with Service Portal
- Hands-on experience with platform upgrade
- Experience with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Experience with SQL, database design, and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes
- Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM concepts with experience operating in SCRUM teams
- ServiceNow Administrator/Implementation Specialist Certifications preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate English (B1+) should allow discussing mid complexity concepts with customers and the team
