The ServiceNow team’s mission is to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency through innovative ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration and delivering unparalleled value to our clients. As Sr ServiceNow Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting, developing, and implementing sophisticated ServiceNow applications, collaborating with multi-functional teams to optimize platform performance, and providing technical leadership to ensure the effective utilization of ServiceNow solutions within the organization.

What you’ll do
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standard methodologies
- Collaborate with partners to collect and analyse requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions that address business needs
- Optimize and maintain the performance of ServiceNow applications, solve issues, and implement enhancements to drive operation efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow updates and emerging technologies, proactive incorporating new features and functionalities into existing systems
- Operate within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to run secure and scalable code
What you bring
- Extensive ServiceNow expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, develops and optimizing ServiceNow applications
- Technical leadership: Ability to provide guidance and mentorship, leadin the team in the implementation of robust and effective solutions
- Collaboration skills: Shown capability to work closely with stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and efficient applications
- Problem-solving skills: Adept at fixing and resolving complex issues, ensuring the seamless performance of the ecosystem
- Continuous improvements attitude: stay updated on SNOW advancements and emerging technologies, integration new features to enhance and evolve existing systems
- Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, GRC, Virtual Agent, CMDB and more
- Experience with HTML, Angular, and JavaScript
