We are seeking a talented Lead React Developer to spearhead our front-end development team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid proficiency in React and possess a proven track record in creating robust, maintainable front-end components. You will also play a critical role in defining software architecture, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the design patterns and agile practices of our collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain robust, high-quality React applications
  • Lead code reviews and uphold high standards across the team
  • Act as a team leader, maintaining clear communication lines with all stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile development practices and team ceremonies
  • Implement and fine-tune microservices architecture
  • Manage AWS cloud integration, deployment, and performance optimization
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in React-based development or full-stack development with an emphasis on React
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Unit Testing
  • Qualifications in Agile methodologies
  • Competency in problem-solving, showing strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a multinational English-speaking team
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Angular
  • Background in working with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
  • Understanding of AWS and cloud platform integrations
  • Flexibility to use containerization technologies like Kubernetes
