We are seeking a seasoned Lead Front-end Developer (JavaScript) who is prepared to significantly enhance our team with their specialized skills.
You will be tasked with developing scalable front-end applications utilizing contemporary technologies, serving as a key decision-maker and spearheading various development projects. As a vital member of our team, your work will be instrumental in advancing the quality of our products and services, ensuring they set new standards within the industry.

Responsibilities
- Engagement in leading the development of front-end applications using ReactJS
- Creation and upkeep of effective, reusable, and reliable JavaScript code
- Design of front-end components and functionalities via Amazon Web Services
- Collaboration with backend developers and UX/UI designers to achieve seamless system integrations
- Comprehensive application testing using Jest
- Optimization of application performance through component enhancements
- Addressing and resolving technical problems and challenges
- Management of code version updates with Git in GitHub
- Implementation of security measures and data protection in accordance with standard regulations
- Promotion of best practices and endorsement of Agile methodologies within the team

- Minimum 5 years' experience in software development
- Over 1 year in a relevant leadership capacity
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS
- Competency in Amazon Web Services
- Expertise in using Jest for testing frameworks
- Background in microservices architecture within cloud environments
- Familiarity with application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
- Capability to integrate RESTful APIs and proficiency with their integration
- Qualifications in code versioning with Git - GitHub
- Mastery in automating workflows using GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies and Agile development practices
- Fluency in English language at minimum C1 on the CEFR scale; advantage for proficiency in Portuguese
- Flexibility to employ Next.js in project work
- Capability to develop advanced UI prototypes
- Showcase of proficiency with Vite in modern web environments
