Lead Compensation Analyst

This role focuses on leading a small team, owning data-related products, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive reports and data products related to Compensation and Total Rewards
• Lead a small team, allocating workload and setting priorities
• Foster strong collaborative relationships across HR, Finance, and other business units
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement compensation strategies
• Drive global initiatives related to the compensation and people analytics field

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing compensation, payroll or data analysis teams
• Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
• In-depth experience in compensation and workforce strategy, utilizing BI tools and advanced data analysis techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and work collaboratively across functions and locations
• Ability to drive a data-centric culture within the organization
