We are searching for a talented Lead Business Analyst specializing in Mobile and Web Applications to join our dynamic team.
As a seasoned expert, you will have the opportunity to contribute strategic insights and innovative ideas, leading the design and implementation of tailor-made digital solutions. This role focuses on creating comprehensive solutions by gathering, structuring, and documenting requirements across web and mobile platforms and ensuring they align with the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the gathering and documentation of structured requirements for both web and mobile platforms
• Harness your expertise in agile methodologies to effectively manage product backlogs
• Skillfully refine requirements, describe acceptance criteria, and review user stories for completeness
• Partner with stakeholders including product owners and tech architects to understand current applications and conduct impact analyses
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to conduct discovery sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Utilize your understanding of product and insurance concepts to effectively coordinate requirements across multiple teams
• Support the validation and testing processes to ensure the built solution meets predefined acceptance criteria
• Prioritize tasks effectively to aid in the estimation and implementation processes
• Drive innovation within the team by enhancing and detailing new concepts

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, focusing on mobile and web applications
• Proficiency in agile frameworks with a scrum mindset
• Knowledge of APIs, their design, and how they are implemented
• Background in stakeholder coordination and direct customer interaction
• Understanding of insurance concepts, products, and roadmaps
• Strong communication skills and general insurance business acumen
• Go-getter attitude combined with strong analytical aptitude

• Experience in writing and managing user stories
• Capability to perform impact analysis on existing solutions
