Responsibilities

• Engage in the payables process, address vendor and employee queries, and process incoming vendor invoices
• Support additional general ledger postings, including payroll and billing activities
• Ensure reliable and timely accounting closure by adhering to company guidelines, calculating accruals, and creating account reconciliations
• Collaborate with various departments to compile necessary documentation and prepare statistical reports
• Collect data for tax returns as directed by your supervisor
• Organize and securely archive important documents
• Take on various ad-hoc assignments as directed by management

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in Hungarian and intermediate proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
• A proactive "can-do" mentality and eagerness to learn
