What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the business and IT stakeholders to understand the business needs
- Ability to analyze current state and provide vision for innovations
- Design ESM framework
- Collaborate with the architect and development team

- Understanding of development processes and frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
- Familiarity with UML, IDEF0, BPMN
- Expertise (ideally certification) in ITSM/ITIL practices and adjacent areas plus ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, etc.)
- Skills in effective negotiation
- English level - C1
