We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team in Hungary.

Responsibilities
- Own the complete (end to end) recruiting process
- Source and recruit proper candidates especially for IT positions
- Interview candidates and write reports about them to hiring managers
- Follow and administer the full process in ATS from the first call to hiring
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates
- Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, meet-ups, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience as a recruiter (ideally in IT/Software Engineering field)
- Confident knowledge of English and Hungarian
- Good IT literacy at the user level
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with IT professionals and managers
