As a key part of the team, the Customer Access Management group is seeking an experienced professional to shape customer's B2B Identity & Access Management landscape, addressing challenging business needs and integrating security best practices while adhering to regulatory requirements. What You'll Do
- Assess the current B2B Identity & Access Management landscape, design and drive its transformation integrating various business, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Serve as the technical lead for introducing new services
- Assume responsibility for the architecture, ensuring the integration of Identity & Access Management best practices in both design and technical implementation
- Collaborate with fellow experts in the team to guarantee the smooth integration of new services within the broader IAM landscape
- Experience in Identity and Access Management as a discipline
- Technical skills in modern authentication & authorization protocols
- Expert knowledge in governance, risk and compliance in a highly regulated industry
- Determination to delve into technical, conceptual or architectural layers
- Ability to push Identity & Access Management topics forward as part of a team or independently
- Great capability to present complex topics to different audiences on diverse technical levels
- Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English
- Background in software engineering, application architecture, API architecture, IT service management and with different cloud platforms (Azure, Ali, AWS, etc.) and/or IdPs
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Mathematics or comparable
- Experience with security audits, penetration testing or offensive security
- Qualification in SANS GIAC, CISSP, CCSP or similar
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, SQL, or similar platform)
