What You'll Do

  • Engage with clients to extract and clarify business requirements, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
  • Develop and present strategic digital solutions, aligning with the client's business goals and digital transformation agenda
  • Define and articulate project roadmaps, setting clear milestones and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project progress, resolve issues, and foster innovation
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain a cutting-edge approach
  • Collaborate with international and local teams, leveraging global insights to enhance local strategies and implementations

  • Proven international experience, with the ability to operate and consult across diverse cultural environments
  • Strong background in business analysis, digital strategy, and project management within a consulting environment
  • Demonstrated ability to extract, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable digital strategies
  • Experience in defining and managing project roadmaps, with a track record of successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong bilingual ability (English and native level Japanese)
