Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with an intermediate level of experience in the Financial Services sector.
A background in Wealth Management will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support product teams in refining story and feature management
  • Communicate effectively with product teams about product details and user interactions
  • Utilize story slicing techniques to deliver clear requirements to Agile teams
  • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to define Epic MVPs
  • Establish iterative plans to deliver value to target audiences
  • Understand and identify the product's capabilities and features
  • Elaborate on stories to include business logic and expected business outcomes
  • Engage in incident triaging
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business-related questions and clarifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field; a Master's degree is preferable
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in business analysis and requirements management
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of financial services, ideally with a background in Wealth Management
  • Competency in providing a business perspective and understanding end-customer needs
  • Skills in effective communication and presentation
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work
