About the role and what you'll be doing:
The Scheduling Analyst provides technical support maintaining new and existing batch schedules using certain batch scheduling tools. They perform functions with the mainframe and/or a client server environment, to maintain the batch schedules as well as assist with ongoing technical schedule support to both the application teams and batch operation team.
- Handle moderate and high complexity batch scheduling assignments.
- Regularly leads tasks to establish as a go to, product SME.
- Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly.
- Work with application teams to build automation for more complex scheduling.
- Work with operations teams to build automation to reduce manual work.
- Provide input and assist with environment upgrades/changes.
- SME of batch scheduling software.
- Follow and understanding the companies change control process.
- Meet ticket SLA requirements.
- Complete internal / external reporting.
- Mentor less experienced associates in the role.
Working Schedule:
- Have to be working during US Business hours (6:00a CT - 5:00p CT) 8 hour shift within this window
- Days of work - Monday - Friday (Off hours - Weekend On Call support via team rotation schedule)

Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Designing skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to represent Ensono in front of clients
- Batch Scheduler product knowledge (TWS OPC)
- Mainframe knowledge (TSO, SDSF, JCL, QuickRef)
- OPC/TWS scheduling software experience
- Experience with OPC/ESA TWS scheduler functionality
- Problem Solving experience within OPC/ESA
- Self-directed

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
