Business Unit Description:

Finance Surgical Business Unit

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

The Sr Financial Analyst will own execution of all capex and inventory planning, analysis and reporting for Enovis' Surgical Business Unit, partnering with senior leadership team and cost center managers. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, strong analytical skillset, and a desire to learn the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, reporting and analysis of capital projects and inventory for the entire Surgical Business Unit
  • Understand and identify business drivers for variances
  • Partner with operations, sales ops, and R&D organizations
  • Report and present capital and inventory information, including, but not limited to, forecasting and budget preparation
  • Analyze data, derive insights and provide recommendations to maximize return on investment
  • Evaluate investment and spend reduction opportunities with business cases
  • Support spend execution for inventory and capital expenditures
  • Support ad-hoc requests

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Required Bachelor's degree
  • 1-5 years of experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or operations support
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and experience in ERP systems, Oracle preferred, and EPM/HFM reporting platforms
  • Must possess strong Excel skills, including the ability to build detailed models and use pivot tables
  • Ability to articulate clearly, professional oral and written communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Must be proficient in general computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to think creatively and work with management to identify new opportunities to improve business processes or functions
  • Exceptional analytical, modeling, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
