The Medical Education Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, participants, and stakeholders at our Lewisville, TX Headquarters. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Education team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
  • Input and maintain customer events in our Corporate Compliance System.
  • Prepare and distribute educational materials, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Complete monthly reconciliation of Corporate Credit Card statements to expenses previously reported.
  • Support Foot & Ankle Surgeon Experience (SE) Visits that occur at our Lewisville Headquarters inclusive of arranging meetings, agendas, and travel accommodations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to execute Medical Education projects.
  • Prep and clean up the Foot & Ankle area ahead of SE Visits while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Arrange catering, transportation, and accommodations for faculty, speakers, and participants as needed.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with co-workers, management and other departments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office System, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting (preferred).

  • Climate controlled workspace.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
