Digital Strategist

Houston, TX / Remote
The Empyrean Connect Digital Strategist is accountable for the client satisfaction, relationship, and resources for aligned clients. A typical client alignment consists of a group of clients with various degrees of size and complexity. This position is accountable for developing and executing a digital strategy that aligns employee needs with client business priorities. Within the responsibility of building client relationships enterprise-wide at executive levels, the Empyrean Connect Digital Strategist will analyze user experience data, manage digital projects, report on planned and current strategies, lead effective digital mobile strategies, and ensure that client app projects are executed within timelines.     
The Digital Strategist works closely with Empyrean’s App Design, Creative Design, Implementation, and Technology Teams to accomplish these tasks. The Digital Strategist’s focus is on client relationship, project management, and helping clients achieve engagement strategy priorities and initiatives using our proprietary code free platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES    
   
  • Build and manage trusted client partnership; manage client satisfaction
  • Lead client meetings and engagement strategy sessions
  • Monitor and provide guidance on user analytics, establishing and achieving app download milestones
  • Integrate employee benefits and programs into digital initiatives
  • Develop and manage effective push campaigns
  • Manage app designs and content, including tags
  • Provide design direction to promote a client branded user experience
  • Establish client digital initiatives that align employee needs with business priorities
  • Ensure the quality delivery of all services as per the client’s Statement of Work
  • Hold aligned resources accountable for behaviors that support Empyrean’s policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain client Task List, Engagement Strategy, Quality Assurance, Files/SSO, Open Enrollment, New Year tasks for each client
  • Responsible for ensuring that the testing of all new files, app pages, and technology advancements are completed, and issues are brought to managers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Participate in Business Development Activities, such as client demos and app page templates/experiences
  • Must maintain HIPAA certification

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS   
   
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
    • In lieu of bachelor’s degree, equivalent years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of health and welfare benefits
  • Apple software and MS Office suite skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools, preferably Asana
  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered
   
   
OTHER REQUIREMENTS   
   
  • Ability to travel on as needed basis (up to 10%)
  • Must be available outside of core business hours on as needed basis
