Jo Malone London Store Manager
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the District Manager.
- Deliver the highest levels of service by following the Service Checklist to ensure every customer is provided with a fragrance experience.
- Takes overall accountability in ensuring achievement of all business goals and sales & service targets.
- Clearly and concisely communicate all KPI's targets to team members.
- Monitor individual team members' performance and review their progress towards their KPI's and deliver balanced construction feedback to ensure achievement of individual/boutique/company goals.

- Set goals and objectives for individual stylists, monitor performance and follow up, put in place remedial action where required.
- Coach and develop individuals in all areas of business to progress within the company.
- Drives high performance and collaboration through effective coaching and strategic use of the High Touch Leadership Competencies.
- Create and organize events on counter to drive business, educating teams on product focus for theme of event / activity
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager/Retail Manager
- 4 years of experience in Retail Sector
- Result-oriented and Sales driven attitude
- Advanced English knowledge
- Strong analytical skills: the ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time
- Any other foreign language is a plus.
