#ELC Trade Marketing
Trade Marketing is the accelerator of the marketing experience for our Clients. The goals of this team is to "make the dream come true" for all the activations.
The Role
You will be responsible for the brand trade plans execution with the aim of driving sales and enhance relationships with key partners. You will also collaborate with different teams, being the spokesperson for the brand with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas
- Day-by-day relationship with retailers to adapt the marketing according to brand strategy and client ad hoc instruments;
- Supervise the steps of all the process of production and supplying of Trade materials;
- Define and execute the analysis of Trade activities in order to let the colleague define and implement the corrective actions;
- Cooperate with all corporate functions, especially Sale and Visual Merchandising, by working closely with the agency and suppliers.
Qualifications
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing or Equivalent;
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in a retail/cosmetics/luxury goods or FMCG arena;
- Passionate about beauty industry;
- Expertise with working on different projects at the same time with great attention to retro planning in order to respect time to market;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
