About the Job:

We are looking for an IT Product Manager specialized in Marketing Technologies and CRM to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision for the Consumer solutions, drive the developments and owns the product roadmap in general. The scope includes the CDP platform as the foundation, and the overall solution landscape around usage of Consumer Data.

This role will be central in driving consumer engagement and optimizing marketing strategies. By closely collaborating with business teams and applying your expertise, you will elevate our consumer experience and help marketing achieve their objectives within the EMEA Region.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision:

  • Do industry benchmark, be externally focus, bring vision to ELC
  • Understand internal challenges and WOWs, identify key business opportunities
  • Define product vision, align sponsors on this vision, with business owners
  • Write business case, defining how the products generate the value, and define cost model

Product Development:

  • Prioritize initiatives, epics, features as part of the product roadmap
  • Onboard and manage Product Owners. Control and signoff their deliverables
  • Ensure Product is included in broader IT Enterprise Architecture

Product Support:

  • Define product support model, define support KPIs and SLA compliance
  • Align support model, implement contracts with vendors

Change Management & Value Creation:

  • Align change management plans with Business Owners. Lead the community of Practice
  • Align adoption and value creation KPIs
  • Define governance structure

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships, track KPIs.
  • Is responsible for vendor contracts, SLAs and SOWs with Procurement

Qualifications

  • English Mandatory
  • Master's Degree or Equivalent
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager or Product Owner or in a similar role, with a focus on Marketing Technologies and CRM /Consumer Data.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology concepts, CRM strategies, and relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, considering business impact and strategic alignment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement within marketing technology and CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient product development cycles.
  • Familiar with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or similar data management platforms, ability to integrate data-driven insights into marketing strategies.
